You're going to love this single serve hack that will satisfy all your cheesecake cravings while increasing your protein intake for the day!
This is the perfect summer dessert with no baking required and the toppings are endless!
Here's how⤵️
serves 1
1/4 cup prepared HelloAmino vanilla pudding (made with skim fairlife milk)
2 tbsp softened cream cheese
2 biscoff cookies or GF graham crackers, crushed
coconut oil spray
50g fresh or frozen fruit of choice (I've tried both raspberries and strawberries)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp HelloAmino vanilla pudding mix (this helps sweeten and thicken)
splash of water
Prepare the pudding and while warm mix in cream cheese until smooth.
In a small pot add fruit of choice with next 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until a thick sauce has formed.
In a small jar add the crushed cookies and lightly coat with coconut oil spray.
Top with pudding mixture and then top with fruit. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
