Upside Down Peach Protein Cake

This recipe is a winner! Simple, quick and indulgent with only 321 calories and 30g of protein!

Here's how

Makes 3 servings

1 cup HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
1 whole egg
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
dash nutmeg
generous 3 dashes of cinnamon
1 peach, sliced

Topping

3/4 cup plain Greek yougurt
1/4 cup HelloAmino icing mix

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. In an greased 8 oz ramekin lay on the bottom 6-7 slices of peaches. Pour in 1/3 of the total batter and bake in the air fryer at 325 for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile make the topping by mixing the yogurt and icing mix together until smooth.

Let rest 5 minutes. Turn upside down on a plate. Top with 1/4 cup of protein yogurt and a dash more of cinnamon and nutmeg and top with more peaches if desired.

The remaining batter will keep in your fridge for up to 4 days. Simply bake a fresh one each day!
