Single Serve Protein Mug Cake

If you're looking for the quickest way to increase your protein in the morning a mug cake is the solution! Ready in less than five minutes with up to 34g of protein!

While I still love our standard pancake batter recipe used for mug cakes when you want just a single serving this recipe I've found offers the best texture. Light and fluffy!

1/2 cup HelloAmino Pancake/Waffle mix
1 whole egg yolk
3 tbsp water (NOT milk)

quick spray of coconut oil

Blend together until smooth and pour into a large greased microwave safe mug. Cook for 90 seconds and dig in!

Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp of HelloAmino protein icing mix for an extra 7g of protein!
