What do I need to make pancakes?
- For the pancakes you will need one lemon, eggs and water. For waffles you will need to add a bit of oil to the batter to help with the crispiness.
Do I need to use eggs?
- No, you can just use water, but we suggest adding eggs if you want the fluffiest pancakes.
Can I make a single serving?
- You sure can and it increases the protein to an unbelievable 42 grams! We call this our SUPERCHARGED serving! Simply mix 3/4 cup dry pancake mix with 1 egg and 1/4 cup of water and cook as per usual into 3 pancakes or one large waffle.
Can I add cherries or chocolate chips?

I love lemon poppyseed and these were perfect! It was like eating a Muffin but in a pancake. Would definitely buy again!
I love the pancake in a mug. I also order the cinnamon mix regularly. My only wish was clearer calorie content. 1/12 is a weird measurement and I feel like it could be made easier to interpret for folks. Just tell me a whole bag or grams and then how many grams are in the bag. Thx

These are way better than I thought they ever could be. I was a bit hesitant at first when I saw how many ingredients I had to add to a premade mix, but it was so worth it. And really not that hard at all. I was suprised at just how fluffy they are. I also love how there was absolutely no protein taste in them like a lot of protein products have.
Lemon anything in my opinion is delicious, but add in a few poppy seeds and my oh my, tasty! I make a large batch and keep them in the fridge for when I’m craving something sweet, or a snack between meals. Just….Yummy!

I whip these up as waffles. I found that the claim of 12 pancakes translates to 6 waffles. I freeze them and eat them in the morning after heating them in the air fryer which gives the edges an added crispness. Delicious. Truly no syrup needed. An audacious claim, well made.
