Self-Saucing Protein Chocolate Cake

Imagine this: a warm, gooey chocolate dessert that practically makes its own sauce while it bakes. Magic? Not quite. But it sure feels like it.
This rich, fluffy cake on top with a velvety chocolate sauce underneath is indulgent, effortless, and in this version, packed with protein to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you on track.

2 tbsp HelloAmino Brownie mix
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp HelloAmino Cocoa mix
2 tbsp skim Fairlife milk
1 tsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
Topping
1 tsp sugar of choice
1 tsp HelloAmino Cocoa mix
1/4 tsp instant espresso powder (optional)
2 tbsp boiling water
Combine brownie mix through salt in a small bowl until smooth.
In a separate small dish combine the sugar through espresso (if using).
Pour the brownie batter into a microwave safe dish (must hold 10 oz or it will overflow as it cooks).
Sprinkle over the topping mixture and then pour over the boiling water. DO NOT MIX.
Cook for approximately 90 seconds. Let stand 1 minute. Top with frozen coconut whip or for a protein topping; combine 2 tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix and garnish on top of pudding.
