Here's how to make it ⬇️

1/4 cup HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix

1 tbsp canned pure pumpkin

1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased ramekin. (don't have one? Buy them at the dollar store). Bake in your air fryer at 330 for about 13 mins or oven at 350 for about 18-20 minutes.

Top with coconut whip and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
