With Summer here who wants to turn on their oven for 50 minutes to bake banana bread right?
But if you've tried our protein banana bread you likely won't care.
However, at the request of our customers I created a single serve version that will not disappoint! Baking up in the air fryer at only 18 minutes this will be your new fave way to enjoy banana bread in the Summer.
Here's how to make it ⬇️
1/2 cup HelloAmino Banana Bread Mix
1 egg yolk
2 tsp melted butter
1/2 banana, mashed (doesn't need to be overripe)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a large greased ramekin. (don't have one? Buy them at the dollar store). Bake in your air fryer at 320 for about 18 mins or oven at 350 for about 25 minutes.
