Mexican Hot Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

Have you heard of the viral magic shell overnight oats? I promise you, you'll never look at oatmeal the same way again!
A delicious layered oatmeal that can be meal prepped and made a variety of ways. Enjoy for breakfast or have for dessert! Either way this high protein recipe will be your new fave!
Here's How
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup skim Fairlife milk, or milk of choice
3 tbsp HelloAmino Chai Latte mix
2 tbsp plain Greek Yogurt
2 tsp HelloAmino Chocolate Pudding mix
12g dark chocolate
dash cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix the first three ingredients together and pour into a small bowl.
Mix the yogurt and pudding together and layer on top of the oats.
Melt the chocolate with oil and cinnamon in microwave on 10 second increments.
Pour chocolate over the yogurt. Garnish with nuts if desired for extra crunch!
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
