Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Protein Bar

Chocolate Lovers Unite: Guilt-Free Indulgence Is Here! 🍫💖
This is recipe 1 of 7 of my Valentine's Chocolate Lovers Series. Gone are the bland or far too sweet protein bars. This recipe is chewy, chocolatey and simple to make!
1/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp peanut or Biscoff butter
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
2 tbsp skim Fairlife milk
1 tsp chia seeds
3 tbsp HelloAmino Chocolate Pudding mix*
Topping
1 square 70% chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Mix everything together and form into two bars. Wrap in plastic cling wrap and freeze for an hour.
Meanwhile melt chocolate and oil in a small dish in the microwave until smooth.
Drizzle over when ready to eat.
