Candy Cane No Bake Protein Cheesecake

No bake cheesecake is one of my all time fave desserts. My Mom would make a version of this and I swore off a baked cheesecake ever since.
This is a lighter higher protein version with a holiday twist! The perfect 5 minute dessert for last minute guests to serve individually.
Here's how
Serves 1
3 tbsp 0% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp softened light cream cheese
3 tbsp HelloAmino protein icing mix
1/2 store bought shortbread cookie (GF if needed)*
1/4 candy cane, crushed
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. To the bottom of a small dessert bowl* crumble the shortbread cookie. Add the cheesecake mixture on top and then garnish with crushed candy canes.
You can make this ahead up to 8 hours and cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
