Apple Cheesecake Chai Overnight Oats

All of my favourite flavours in one simple recipe. Cinnamon apples with a layer of cream cheese and chai oats make the perfect Fall recipe for breakfast.
Here's How
1/4 apple, peeled and diced
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp HelloAmino Chai Latte mix
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash cinnamon and nutmeg
3 tbsp plain Greek 0% yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp light spreadable cream cheese
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix
1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup 0% Fairlife milk
2 tbsp HelloAmino Chai Latte mix
In a small skillet over medium heat sauté the apples with the next 5 ingredients (butter-spices), stirring often for 3-5 minutes or until softened.
In a small dish mix the next three ingredients (yogurt-icing mix) until smooth and set aside.
In another small dish mix the oats, milk and chai latte mix.
Pour into a small dish, top with yogurt mixture and then top with apples.
Refrigerate overnight.
