Protein Pudding Pops - 3 ways!

The hot weather is here and I've got the perfect way to enjoy it! These low calorie protein pudding pops are quick to make and easy to modify. Have fun with your own flavours or make one of mine.
Here's how
Makes 8 pudding pops
1 cup 2% plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup HelloAmino chocolate or vanilla protein pudding mix
Flavour ideas
Caramel sauce and peanuts
Biscoff butter and Biscoff cookies
Raspberry jam
Birthday cake sprinkles
Oreo pieces
Mix together the yogurt and pudding mix until smooth. Add approximately 1 tbsp to each silicone popsicle mold and then dollop on 1/2 tsp of caramel, Biscoff butter or jam. Cover with more pudding and top with cookies, peanuts or sprinkles if desired.
Freeze for at least 1 hour or until set and enjoy!
