Yields 12
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp
6 tbsp melted butter or ghee
2 tbsp 2% Fairlife milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole orange, zest only
4 tbsp HelloAmino Golden Milk Latte Mix
1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 tbsp Ashwagandha powder
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
In a large bowl mix together the wet ingredients. Add in the full package of HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix, HelloAmino Golden Milk, Ashwagandha and orange zest and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in walnuts and coconut.
If baking individually, measure out with a large cookie scoop and add to a greased ramekin. Bake in the air fryer at 325 for approximately 10 minutes until golden.
Alternatively bake according to package instructions.
If desired drizzle over with protein icing (1 tbsp each HelloAmino icing mix and Greek yogurt)
