Double Chocolate Protein Loaf with Protein Cream Cheese Icing

A match made in heaven! Whether you indulge in this for breakfast or save it for dessert you'll enjoy every high protein bite!

Here's how

1 pouch HelloAmino Banana Bread mix plus 1/2 cup dutch cocoa powder
2 large whole eggs
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt (don't use zero fat)
1/4 cup 2% Fairlife milk (don't use skim)
90g butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 batch HelloAmino Cream Cheese Icing (made according to package instructions)

Preheat oven 350

In a large bowl combine the eggs, yogurt and milk and blend well. Slowly whisk in the melted butter and add the vanilla. Add the entire pouch of HelloAmino Banana Bread mix and cocoa and mix until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Grease a loaf pan and pour in batter. Bake uncovered for approximately 45-50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in pan and then turn out and let fully cool before icing.

PS: if you want to use a plant based dairy, sub the yogurt with a higher fat coconut version and the milk with a higher fat plant milk.
