What do I need to make it?
- Just cold water and ice!
Is a frother required?
- While we do recommend our amazing HelloAmino Mini Frother for a superior texture it's not absolutely necessary. You can blend it together using a whisk.
Does it contain caffeine?
- No. The Dragon Fruit Lemonade is caffeine free.
Can it be made frozen?
- Of course! Add 1 cup of water and 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
I find the flavour too tart or not sweet enough, what can I do?
- Every palate is different! You can simply add a little sweetener. Honey or liquid stevia are good choices as they dissolve in cold water.
Why is there sediment in the bottom of my glass?
- You may experience some residual sediment as creatine dissolves more slowly in cold water.
Can I add it to my smoothie or shake?
- Yes of course!
Is it safe for pregnant women?
- Yes however we always recommend asking your Dr before taking a new supplement while pregnant.
Is it safe for children/ teens
- While there’s conflicting opinions on this we are recommending NOT giving creatine to children.
How many cups can I have per day?

SO REFRESHING and perfectly tart! I like that the sweetness is customizable because I don't like my lemonade too sweet, just a hint of sweet and lots of sour. I didn't need to use a frother, it dissolved just stirring with a straw. Will be sipping (if not chugging) this all summer long! ☀️
I'm thrilled to be able to add this into my routine. It's nice to switch it up from my regular boring creatine, and the collagen is a great bonus! I would be stoked for this to become a regularly stocked product. ;)

I added some sweetener as it is fairly tart on its own. This is a good thing as you can tailor it to your own taste and needs.
