1/3 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp HelloAmino Golden Milk Latte Mix
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
1 tbsp unsweetened Almond Butter
2 tbsp finely grated Carrots
1 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp ground ginger
dash nutmeg and cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping
1 tsp softened light Cream Cheese
2 tsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
Mix the first 9 ingredients together until fully combined. In a separate small bowl mix the two topping ingredients until smooth and top on yogurt.
If desired refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow chia seeds to soften or enjoy right away.
