How to Make It:
50g frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
4 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
10g white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Sprinkles if desired
In a small bowl combine the frozen berries, water and vanilla and microwave for approximately 2 minutes, stirring halfway until a thick sauce forms. Set aside to cool.
In another bowl mix together the yogurt and protein icing mix until smooth.
Stir in strawberries and divide into 2 silicone molds, I use these heart shaped ones.
Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30 second increments until smooth.
Drizzle over and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
