Chocolate Protein Lava Cake: The Perfect Valentine's Dessert

My final recipe of my Valentines Chocolate Lovers Series. And if you thought we’d end with anything less than pure chocolate decadence, think again. This Chocolate Lava Cake is everything you want in a dessert—rich, gooey, and packed with protein so you can enjoy every bite without the guilt.

This isn’t just any lava cake. It’s a single-serve, high-protein masterpiece that delivers a molten chocolate centre in minutes. No complicated steps, no waiting around—just warm, gooey perfection straight from the air fryer to your spoon. Because if you’re going to end a chocolate series, you might as well go out with a bang.

2 tbsp HelloAmino Brownie mix
2 tbsp HelloAmino Cocoa mix
2 tbsp 2 % Greek yogurt
1 tbsp 2% milk (I used Fairlife)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 square 70% dark chocolate

Preheat air fryer to 310°F 

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except the dark chocolate until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased ramekin, then press the chocolate square into the centre.

Bake for approximately 9 minutes the edges should be set, but the centre should stay gooey. Let stand 1 minute.

Grab a spoon, break into the molten centre, and enjoy.
