1/4 cup HelloAmino Cocoa mix
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 small (50g) ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup skim Fairlife milk, or milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients into a batter-like consistency.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the mixture is set but still moist.

Top with 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt if desired.
