Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffin with Cinnamon Glaze

Fall has officially arrived and I'm craving everything apple. This macro friendly apple cinnamon muffin will keep you satisfied all morning and prevent the 11am crash. 

Here's how

Topping
1/4 apple, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp HelloAmino Icing mix
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Batter
85g HelloAmino Banana Bread mix
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp apple extract (optional)
1/4 cup PLUS 2 tsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Glaze
2 tsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix
1 tsp milk of choice
dash of cinnamon

Mix the apples with the spices and icing mix and set aside.

Mix the batter ingredients together and pour into a 6oz greased ramekin. Top the batter with the apples/spices mixture and press slightly in.

Bake in the air fryer at 320 for 17-18 minutes.

While baking mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth. 

Drizzle over the baked muffin and enjoy!
