Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 whole large eggs
6 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.(don't let the batter sit after adding berries)
Fill each muffin tin NO MORE THAN 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown.
Let cool at least 5 minutes in the muffin tray and then remove to fully cool on rack. Store in a sealed container in the fridge or freeze.
