Protein Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Loaf

Dare I say this is the best loaf I've ever made. The rich pumpkin and fragrant spices with dark chocolate chips is delicious but paired with our cream cheese icing and it's a match made in heaven. 

With 20g of protein you won't be buying Starbucks version ever again.

Here's how

1 package HelloAmino Banana Bread Loaf mix
1 1/2 cups pure canned pumpkin
2 large whole eggs
76g butter, melted
2 tbsp 2% milk or sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup prepared HelloAmino Cream Cheese Protein Icing 

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl combine the canned pumpkin, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla and spices. Add in the HelloAmino Banana Bread mix and chocolate chips and stir well.

Bake in a well greased loaf pan for approximately 50 minutes. Let fully cool and then slice lengthwise through the center to create two equal pieces. Spread icing over the bottom and then top with the loaf. 

Wrap well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Bring up to room temperature prior to serving.
