Lemon Meringue Protein Donuts

This delicious twist on our cinnamon sugar Midway Donuts is so simple and was my absolute fave creation! I'm a sucker for anything lemon! It's fresh and light with a delicious graham cracker coating!
Here's how ⤵️
1 batch prepared HelloAmino Midway Donuts (without coating in cinnamon sugar)
2 Graham Crackers (can be GF)
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp HelloAmino Protein Icing mix
2 tsp milk of choice
1 tsp plain yogurt
1/4 cup lemon pie filling
Finely grind up the graham crackers in a mini food processor and mix in the sugar.
To another bowl add the next 3 ingredients and mix until smooth.
Spray both sides of the prepared HelloAmino donuts with coconut oil or brush with melted butter and coat both sides well in the graham crackers. Dollop on the lemon pie filling and then drizzle over the icing
